Project Roadmap

Each release will undergo periods of live development over on pumpfun and other streaming platforms. We encourage you to join in the chats and let your voice be heard!

We use these chats, and telegram feedback, to put things on the roadmap :)

Releases will be released gradually over the course of the month, and we may pivot quickly to capture some trend or high interest item.

Initial Release (Oct '25)

Released (10/24)

This release put us at the front door, standing out in the cold, cruel world. We built it from scratch in 28 days, non-stop every day. It was EPIC. It was also buggy as heck, but it works and proves that we can do the thing.

This release focuses on revenue streams and the core player-ownership elements we need to drive a thriving player economy.

  • Shop is active for $SOULWARS token

  • You can purchase and upgrade a battlefield, harvesting loot from the battle

  • You can purchase and upgrade a boss, keeping some of what he loots

  • You can purchase mobs that will spawn, and keep some of what they loot

  • You can participate in Prediction Markets (side bets) on matches using token

  • Streamers can launch games

  • Streamers can launch games on their own pumpfun tokens with native prizepool support

  • We can add custom bonuses for any token

  • Players can loot items and token from the battlefield

  • Players can win prizepools made up of $SOULWARS and other tokens

  • Users can purchase items/hero customization and upgrades

  • Users can generate Persona (Celebrity) heroes who fight in battles for laffs

  • User can see their inventories and assign to heroes

This release will focus on hero customizations and game interactions

Soul Journey (Apr '26)

Target Release Date: 4/30/2026

This release focuses on the single player Hero Journey so you can play by yourself and take your Hero through various scenarios offline

The Loose-Breaking of All Hell (May '26)

Target Release Date: 5/31/2026

In this release? Sit down and lock in. Game modes will be enhanced to support all kinds of combat types.
